All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.

MoveActive is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by third parties. However, please get in contact if you do not receive your order in a timely fashion.

Items purchased from a sale or clearance will not be accepted for return.

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, please get in touch for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

We replace any defective products. This does not include general wear and tear.
Do I have to pay for shipping on my returns?
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Shipping for exchanged or refunded items is at the customer’s expense.

How do I care for my MoveActive grip socks?
Wash on a warm machine cycle and dry naturally. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, or iron.
How do I care for my MoveActive microfibre yoga mat?
Wipe with mild detergent after use. Machine washable in cold water. Do not tumble dry or soak in oxygen-based bleach. Hang to dry in shade and store away from sunlight.
Cork mat: Wipe with water or mild detergent. Roll with cork side outward and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
How do I care for my Vegan Leather Pilates or Yoga mat?
Wipe with mild detergent and roll with the top side outward. Do not fold.
How do I care for my MoveActive microfibre pilates mat?
Wipe with mild detergent, fold top side outward, and machine wash cold if needed. Do not tumble dry or bleach. Store away from sunlight.
How do I care for my KNEO?
Cold machine wash with mild detergent. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron.
